Hey Everyone!
We strive to instill a love of reading and books by incorporating children’s literature that connects to our class activity in a meaningful way. With that in mind, we want to mention that the Texas Book Festival is coming up this weekend, October 16th and 17th! It is an awesome, absolutely free event at the State Capitol with lots to do for kids and adults! Here is the kid’s schedule of events!
Lil’ Absolutely Art and Absolutely Art
We’ll read Up and Down the Andes and make backpacks for our big treks to school or around
town!
Lil’ Kinder Cooks and Kinder Cooks
We’ll be the famous Ratatouille and some French Bread!
Lil’ Music Makers
We’ll introduce the ta and ti ti this week!
The After School Supper Club
We’ll be making delicious and nutritious Ratatouille and French Bread! We’ll also make Crepes for dessert!
