I’m going to review what we did this month in each class, since our last blogs from this month were deleted.

Little Absolutely Art and Absolutely Art
This month, we’ve made beach umbrellas, beach bucket hats, Gifts of the Sea plaques, stained glass mirrors with beach glass and now, we’ll be making fish screen printed beach bags!
Little Kinder Cooks and Kinder Cooks
This month, we’ve made Coconut Shrimp with Rasta Pasta, Jerk Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs with Jamaican Rice and Peas, Panko Breaded Flounder with Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes and, by the end of the week, we’ll finish up with Cuban Steak and Pineapple Rice!
The Summertime Supper Club
This month, we’ve made Coconut Shrimp with Rasta Pasta and Coconut Totos for dessert, Jerk Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs with Jamaican Rice and Peas with Coconut Flan for dessert, Panko Breaded Flounder and Mango Salsa with Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes with Key Lime Pie for dessert and, by the end of the week, we’ll finish up with Cuban Steak and Pineapple Rice with Banana Empanadas for dessert!
