Books are the cornerstone of Lupine Lane. Barbara Cooney’s wonderful story Miss Rumphius inspired the name and philosophy of our school.
Even in our very first classes, books served as the inspiration and foundation for the projects and songs we carried out every day. After many trips to local libraries each week, we decided to invest in these wonderful resources and in 2009, we purchased the first book for Lupine Lane, Your Favorite Seuss at Book People.
Now, our collection has blossomed into thousands of diverse and enriching books and multimedia resources. The library is the front of our school due to the prominence of books in our school culture.
In order to ensure the children and teachers have these resources available, circulation is within our school and not available for borrow. Thank you for understanding our efforts to best serve our school community.
