My name is Samantha Perez. I am incredibly honored to be your child’s assistant teacher. I’m originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I grew up in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. I moved to Austin in November 2020.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing from Rasmussen College. I received my Associate Degree in Radio and Television from Único De La Autónoma De Guadalajara, with a Minor in Photography. I received my professional Jewelry Certification from the Gemological Institute of America.

I have worked as a substitute teacher and with after school programs in both Minnesota and Austin, and I’m thrilled to be in the Hummingbird classroom, helping to guide your children through their first school experience!
