The Week of May 18th at Lupine Lane

Hello all! First of all, I would like to give a BIG, HUGE thank you to Olivia and Luna Islas, who hosted a demo for Lupine Lane’s Handcrafted Birthday Parties! We had a great time with our Winnie the Pooh Theme. We did the Tigger Bounce, played Pin the Tail on Eeyore, painted Hundred Acre Wood Frames and decorated Pooh Cookies! Olivia has a business called Cakes By Olivia, and she donated a delicious Winnie the Pooh Cake and Cupcakes! What a great time! If you are interested in Lupine Lane’s Handcrafted Birthday Parties, call or email Lauren at 512-565-1501 or lboyle@lupinelane.

This week in Lil’Absolutely Art and Absolutely Art, we will be reading “One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.” Then, we’ll be using glass paint to paint the fish bowls. We’ll also take a photo of our group and put it on a red or blue fish to decorate.

In Lil’ Kinder Cooks and Kinder Cooks, we’ll be reading “Fox in Socks,” and we’ll make the Poodle’s Noodles from the story using a Pasta Machine!! We’ll also make some Alfredo sauce to top our homemade noodles! Deeelish!

Also, just a reminder, please let us know (if you haven’t yet) if you would like a personalized musical slideshow DVD of your child in Lupine Lane classes ($12 for the first DVD and $8 for each additional). If you wish to give a slideshow as a gift to someone out of town, we will ship the DVD’s ($3) to Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, etc. for you!
